Does anyone else feel ranked preseason matchmaking is more balanced than ranked?

Year after year. Preseason always seems to be more balanced and fair than the actual ranked season. Less snowball. Less smurfing. More equal laning. Better individual impact.

Then ranked seasons start and it all begins again:

Won your lane? Can't have that. Here, get matched with some feeders carry them to climb.

Get ready here comes the smurfer/elobooster train to ruin your game Cho-cho!!!

Here. Flip a coin. You get the good or the bad jungler that's going to make your game 5 v 4 or 4 v 5. Because we can't give both teams competent junglers that would mean we can't enforce losses.

Ranked preseason just feels so much focking better than ranked. Why can't this be addressed? I'm sure there's things like people not tryharding at play but that goes for both teams.

Bottom line: it's much more balanced at this time of year. Maybe not items and champs but certainly match-making.
