Riots logic baffles me.

Of course she has a terrible early game. Not all champs have to have kill potential pre 6 (and most AP champs dont...). You don't pick Ahri for her lvl 1-5 play. You pick her for her lvl 6+ play.

Her early game isn't bad at all. Unless you are considering early game pre lvl 6. But a lot of times as soon as (sometimes before) I hit level 6 I pick up a kill in lane. Depending on their champion/skill level.

I looked at some tier lists recently and they all have ahri in like god tier or tier 1
