Dota2 has similar things where their community can craft stuff.. why wouldnt we be able to do it -.-

I personally love Dominion. It's a lot of fun. I'd hate to see it go

It would take a lot of work to make it something that League's player base at large would enjoy rather than just being a thing that a small group of people play. Sure, it could be done, but Riot doesn't think that there will be any pay-off and it'll just get neglected like Treeline.

Which is a shame.

Rift is, and has been for a long time, a map that promotes toxic behavior.
