@Riot Can we block team mates from banning our pick intent pls?

Seriously, what is the point of showing your pick intent if it means a team mate can just ban them away to spite you? I've literally had this happen to me twice today, I even had one of them say "fuck you" to me just because I happened to get mid and they banned my champ to punish me... like wtf lol.

When I play a normal, I'm either playing to practice or just have fun with a particular champ, if that champ gets banned i no longer wish to play.

NO, NO, NO when Sona was/is running around with a 58% winrate I am not risking it just cause my 5th guy(pick order) wants to play her.

I can understand that, especially in a ranked game. There should at least be a report function in champ select, I hate that people can use the banning system to punish a team mate and be toxic with impunity. This is why I miss team builder.

I wouldn't say that's report worthy it's more like lack of knowledge on their part, that's why I don't want them to lock banning people's pick intent, at least for lower elos. Do agree reporting should be in champ select maybe for the sack of refunding LP if you decide to dodge to avoid the person.

I've had a few people ban my champ. I usually just pick a fun champ for me to play if they do that whether it fits lane or not. For example teemo or heimerdingdr

Never show your pick intent , thats what I do :P

That's sad it has to be that way, I really don't feel like team mates should be able to ban a champ you've shown as your pick intent. If the person with the banned champ doesn't dodge, some sort of arguing or trolling usually comes after.
