adc's need their version of the "mana regen nerf"
"mana regen nerfs" were mainly aimed at midlane and they had a purpose of bringing an entire class of champions (mages) to the spot that riot gave them in concept
by concept mages with mana are able to run oom and they fill warious roles in team with their kits
but if riot found this to be a point of their concern then why wasnt adc or marksman role fixed first ?
by the concept adc is a ranged autoatacker who's main role is dealing sustained damage, this makes them more effective vs tank since they dont run oom nor are limited by cooldowns, so they can just hit the tank for as long as it takes and once they drop him and they dont need to wait for anything to go for the next target
but in our surrent game adc's can deal similar damage with autos to assasins during their burst in similar time frames which gets escalated even harder when they fight tanks (or should i say melt them) and riot ballanced them around that damage output making the game about killing enemy carry
if riot wishes to fix the mistakes they made on those roles i think they should go for all of the problems instead of hitting just once class
well i picked adc despite known problem called fighter, because adc's are the ones who shape the ballance hardest as a class, in other classes we just se some champions going op, not entire class that does not imply that all adc's are op, they are ballanced (more or less), but riot went for fixing roles, which is kinda above the ballance itself since roles are guidelines saying how much power should champion have and how should he express it
Of these, how many can shred a tank who builds lots of armor exceedingly well?
's glacial storm,
's Crippling Strike,
's ground slam,
's wither, and
's Absolute Zero and Ice Blast
