Support items should build up leniency time

If I spend 3 minutes within 2000 units of my adc, I think I should have like, 30 seconds after they back where I can still proc my supp item. 1 second leniency for every 6 seconds of codependency wouldn't open up the zero cs strategy top lane, but would allow adcs to back without heavily delaying their support. This would make first back more generous since you'll have buildup time from pre-minions, but would still promote lane dependence.

This is a good idea. I used to proc my spellthief on turret 3 times right after my adc backed (if I knew it was safe). I'd like to be able to do that again.

Id rather like my 3rd potion, or potoin pink start back, tbh.

Tbh it's a problem. Especially at low elos where an adc level 1 BACKS because they ran through the river to lane and got bush-ganked, and either dies or has 10 % HP.

Literally shuts down a support's gold generation because the adc doesn't know how to play.

This can be devastating to supports who are actually good, so they can't express themselves.

I had a Morgana game today where my adc literally recalled as soon as they got back to lane - 6 times, because they were taking hits.

I usually finish my quest at 8-9 minutes.

This game I didn't finish it until 13:12. Imagine how much gold I lost!
