He laned well, was positive all game, joked around, all that. but at the end, i quadrad, and he went out of his way to CC and wait on the 5th guy, tanking a tower to his death, for my penta. Just a good teammate. and then the game wouldn't load the post-game statistics. Chogath, i'm sorry i couldn't honor you. You deserved the hell out of it.

I've dropped people who were better than me from a friends list bc they rage at teammates or aren't fun to duo with, and I will duo with people I have to carry sometimes because they are enjoyable to play with and I know I will do better in game because I will want to win instead of going on tilt. Honestly I think it's just that he'd be like, eh game is easy and you suck at it so it's no fun to duo w/ you and that's why he won't play. League just isn't as pub stompish as battle field, cod, or destiny and he has way more fun having to carry that sort of thing against a full team when it matches us weird bc of me than he would trying to play league where picks are harder when people start grouping so he'd have to just split push all game to carry me :( stupid friend not playing league

Also missed my heimer w when she dashed from one side to the other of me and didn't have all 3 turrets up bc had to use some to tank inhib tower when I dropped that right before. Gotta quit making errors like that if I want to climb.

. We had all our inhibs exposed, I said "fuck it, i'm tired of being their bitch" and took the offensive, started splitpushing top. I warded the adjacent jungle and kept camping top lane. Eventually they sent two people to deal with me. The duo went through the jungle for the ambush and got caught by the wards, thanks to those wards my team was able to position ahead of time and collapsed on the two people they sent to kill me 4v2 (wards win games folks). After that we just outnumbered the enemies for the ace and proceeded to pull a win out of our ass.
And in the end I couldn't honor any of my teammates for refusing to give up and turning a one sided stomp into one of the most exhilarating matches of my career.

usul12024 votesOh no, almost our entire team was joking around. the other team had a comp of ryze top, taric and ashe bot, and the Lebonk and viegar mid, against me (velkoz mid), so we were already wondering what was going on. we thought cho had the double top, and he just kept joking that he was bjerson, and that this was MSI practice. we went along with it and it was just a fun game. (although seeing a viegar and a lebonk hit 6 at the same time as a make is TERRIFYING)

Leblanc bullies you while Veigar farms, then they chain their burst and CC and unless you were lucky to get a cho (like the guy you mentioned) you're basically living in hell because of the constant harass and the zoning they have of simply standing there waiting to burst you..
usul12021 votesThis duo made the mistake of pushing, and i managed to freeze the wave outside of tower. LB couldn't get in range of me to jump because of my Q W combo, and i poked them to 50% before i hit 6, while they were 4. at 6 i just thought 'fuck it' and flashed into range of viegar and pulled the full combo, and got lucky. nearly got a double. They never really came back from it, and started duo roaming.

junglerboy161 votesYeah, the boards rules are about not "witch-hunting" or basically throwing a summoner name around for people to dislike, for example if I started a thread and said "man this feeder, guys, watch out for usul1202, he sux!", that would be a case of witch-hunting. However, if I just got out of a game like the one you are mentioning and said "Hey guys, this guy usul1202 is literally the best player I've ever seen, honor him if you ever get to play with him!" that is not breaking any rules and most would consider it a compliment that I went out of my way to get you publicly recognized for being a great player.

RasCaelestis2 votesI once made friends with the enemy top-laner as Cho. He was a Maokai and we both started Flask and pots. For Summoners, I had TP/Ghost, he had TP/Flash. There was no way we were going to kill each other without the other making a seriously stupid mistake. We tried dueling early, then quickly realised there was no way it was happening. I forget which of us started it, but we made a truce to freeze the lane in the middle and just farm. We both recalled at the same time to get RoA, then later for other items. We copied each other's builds and got the same items for the entire game. We stayed in top lane for about 40 minutes just farming and making bad jokes with each other. We were both in five-man groups, and it was a Normal game, so our teammates went along with it. Eventually the enemy team got ahead and started attacking my base, so I had to say goodbye to top lane and try to save my allies. Unfortunately the enemy Vi jungler was too far ahead and could destroy even my hyper-tank self in seconds, and they won. Mao and I added each other as friends after the game.
A few weeks pass and I'm playing with the same five-man group. I'm Cho top again, then see who I'm against. I start getting really excited in our voice chat. "Guys, it's him! It's the Maokai!" (But this time he was Shyvana.) Immediately after the game loads we both start making comments in all chat in reference to the first game. We weren't sure if things would go the same, since his Shyvana build had him going more damage-based, but after a few levels it devolved to the same thing. I didn't have the damage to kill him, but I was too tanky to really be bothered by what he did to me. At one point he started going full-ham on me while I farmed and I just continued farming, typing "Stop." "No." "Ow." "This hurts too much." "Please, you're killing me." while he ulted and blew his full combo on me. It seemed like my Thornmail did just as much damage to him as his Hydra did to me. I did have my passive proc a few times since I was just ignoring him and killing minions, but I really didn't feel all that threatened. Eventually he just gave up and we went back to the original plan of 'freeze the lane and farm.' This time my team won the game, despite the fact that my team's mid-laner (a Lux, I think) came up top and we all had a dance party in the middle of the lane. All three of us leveled up during it, leading to the obvious conclusion that dancing was worth more experience than combat.
Those two games were some of the most fun I've ever had, even though we lost the first one. Cho'Gath is one of my main top laners and seeing him banned so much recently is annoying, but I can understand it. I prefer him full-tank, but his AP scalings are insane. It's hard to get mad while playing as him, and so your relaxed state kind of bleeds into the rest of the game. You make way more bad jokes, you goof off, and you generally try to make things fun for everyone else. Also, an unwritten law of playing Cho'Gath is to always make an awful comment in /All chat when you kill someone with your ult. Examples are...

: "Orange-flavor! My favorite!"
: "That tasted outrageous... Truly, truly outrageous."
: "Way too overcooked."

Kapppaccino1 votesAs wukong I got quadra and enemy leona was running away under their tower with 1/4 hp and my jinx and own leona went in and left her with 50hp for my Penta , but I was oom and had back offed thinking jinx was going to take it. Honored her after and leona. Didn't think people like that still existed
