Gonna use some from other concepts i've made, but I'm also gonna make most of these right now, so they might sound iffy.
Master Arcade Udyr
A veteran arcade player, known for being the only player to ever defeat the mighty Mordekaiser before this one disappeared. His incredible play style, being able to switch between total offense, total defense, speedrunning or just bursting down everything on the run granted him the title of "Master of Arcades"
Ora Beast Skarner
A creature originating from the Odyssey universe, having evolved after consuming enough Ora, this beast have integrated the gold substance into his organism, and with it a miriad voices contained in it. What was before a wild beast, is now a gentle soul that looks forward to help others through the use of Ora, quite a rarity, considering that Ora overload turn most sentient species extremely violent
Arcade Core Xerath
An unknown entity of myths, said to be the root of all videogames. With a pixelated armor and a body overflowing with codes both ancient and recently made, this almighty being is supposed to be the key to dominating the whole Arcade World. Always part of legends among the best arcade players, his existence has finally been confirmed after Veigar started to look everywhere for hints of his location.
Death Blossom Zilean
Looks can be deceiving, and Zilean is a good example of this. Posing as the pacific spirit of a gigant,white flower on his back, this voracious being devours the lifeforce of others and when they are broken, make them bloom again as another Death Blossom
Glitched Boss Mordekaiser
Formerly the most cruel and villanous boss of all, not even his legendary strenght, able to keep it unbeatable to all but the best player, could help him when one of his minibosses empowered by the code itself managed to banish him, to where the Thrash Data is sent and deleted. Mordekaiser refused to disappear, he recomposed himself from 0s and 1s, and it has come back to delete Veigar and recover his former power by integrating the Arcade Core.
Mordekaiser was such a hard boss that many books were written as walkthroughs just to know how to get close to defeat him, but since he became a glitched unit with an ever-spasming pixelated armor and oozing bug energy, only one book remains: "The Great Book of Mordekaiser's Glitches".
Ora Beast Rek'sai
A creature of the Odyssey universe that absorbed enough Ora to turn sentient, deciding then to use this newfound power in order to create an underground territory where her whole race can live in peace. As a mother, she can give the gift of Ora-powered sentience to others of her kind. While they still can't speak, they have made really interesting progress that often surprise explorers that stumble upon their nest planets
Lady Rek'Sai
An elegant and exotic lady, married to the gentlemany Cho'Gath, both conform a high standing couple that overflow with nobility. She can't really talk, but it would be the first skin with subtitles in League of Legends.
Odyssey Kassadin
Maybe the most famous explorer in the universe, Kassadin has been everywhere and done almost anything. Filled with endless determination, experience and resourcefullness, Kassadin uses wit, brawn and equipment to flawlessly surpass any obstacle during his adventures.
Ora Beast Vel'koz
A former Odyssey skin that has turned into a filantropist due to the effect of excessive amounts of Ora. This creature protects the humanity from all harm with searing rays of golden energy.
Abyssal Vel'koz
One of the most feared giant creatures along with Crabgot, this being swims in complete silence and sinks ships and even planes with his kilometric tentacles and powerfull blast of boiling water
WorldBreaker Sion
A titan that rose from the "Cradle of the WorldBreakers", born from the soul of a man that died due to the curse that gets imposed to those that dare enter the Cradle. Ready to end the World as we know it, pulverizing everything that dares to stand in his way.
Squeaky Nocturne
A toy villain, while incredibly cruel, squeaking everytime a kid squeezes him has led to some psychological issues...that he can't really take on everyone due to his plastic blades
Chameleon Shyvana
A magical chameleon that can turn into a beautiful woman wearing a Chameleon onesie. While in human form she can use nature magic to attack her foes, is when she takes her true form of a huge Chameleon when things get serious... however no one is sure wich color will she be every time the transformation happens, she can only hope that is the right one to camouflage and flee if things get out of hand
Eclipse Kindred
The Solar Lamb and the Lunar Wolf, always running away from each other, always running towards each other. A Spirit of contradiction that craves to be one again with their other half, and that upon finally achieving their dream, will open the door to the Ancient Gods and eternal damnation
New Future Volibear
A miraculous augmented creature, born from the aliance of Piltover and Zaun, creating a living beast fueled by both Chemtech and Hextech, way sturdier and powerful than any other natural occurring beast before
God-Hammer Taric (God-Hair Taric if you want to see 
pop a vein)
A compassionate and handsome man that achieved godhood by using his hammer to protect others. The radiance only improved all his positive qualities, so right now is quite hard to contemplate such divine beauty, as it burns like the morning sun, while striking like a cataclysm for those that harm the innocent
A young witch from the coven that uses thorns from ancient gods in order to make her enemies bend their knee, even when she is losing her humanity due to having such eldrich artifact always besides her
