I never complained about ADC's before, but now there needs to be something addressed...

I understand ADC's becoming fed. But ADC's are champions that do SUSTAINED damage, also known as damage over a period of time, as opposed to burst damage on par with BURST MAGES.

Now...

I got killed from full health as Zilean by a Tristana with only IE and Statik shiv in exactly ONE second.
