WHERE is my ranked armor?

Perhaps I misunderstand the term "Ranked Armor', but I feel this is getting ridiculous.

I have been demoted to Plat II three times this season, and in all three times I have never once been given a grace game at zero LP. I hit zero lp, lose once, and boom demoted. These losses have been part of loss streaks, but I hardly see how that matter as I'm pretty much fluctuating between win streak and loss streaks while sitting at a FIFTY NINE PERCENT WINRATE OVERALL IN RANKED SOLO Q

At exactly which point does one get at least ONE grace game before demotion? Unless the concept doesn't exist at all and I can at least take solace in that.
