@RITO: address the problems with Gnar.

Now that people know how to play him (for the most part) I think it can be recognized that he's extremely broken and offers very little(if any) counter play. Full tank Gnar easily tops dmg meters. And there is nothing more terrifying right now than when Gnar TPs into bot lane and goes Mega Gnar ham mode. A full tank, marksman, extremely mobile, loaded with CC and AoE champion with great base stats and god tier team fighting capabilities. How does that even sound fair?

I understand Rito giving him that buff to encourage people to play him but it's now time to tone him down a little bit. Even if you Increased his CDs and reduced his cc durations he would still be extremely viable while possibly allowing some form of counter play.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you were just beaten by one in lane.

Gnar isn't that spooky. If he is mini, his base stats are minimal and you can take him down super fast. If he is mega, he is melee for a brief time....lemme leave the quote I found here....

Man 1: He has a sword, a really big sword. RUN! Man 2: Men, gun him down. Man 1: But sir, the bullets aren't hurting him. Man 2: Men, tire him out. Then shoot him. Evil Man: Ugh...ow.... dead.

He's a pretty ridiculous champion. Perm ban for me right now, alonside rammus.

They need to do something about megagnar. It's just way too much damage and cc piled into that thing. And his miniform isn't even weak considering you build first item sunfire on him in most cases, and he does %max hp damage out of melee...
