Hasn't worlds showed us how broken he is? I had a game where we had 3 enemy team members dead and we lost zero. We rush baron quickly and then Jayce blasts us out of nowhere and picks up a quadrakill. And we lost the game after that.

He IS the new old Nidalee. Actually even more toxic because Nidalee couldn't drop your whole teams HP in half with one blast.

I love how the minute pros start picking champions up they immediately become the most broken things ever. Like old Gragas.

His shockblast isn't even the best part of him. Hypercharge IMO might be the most absurd ability in the game. Once you have some crit and muramana you can kill a squishy every 4 seconds with 3 autos for 40 mana.
