Lissandra; Slight tweak

With Lissandra's new passive coming along and a bit of damage reduction on her abilities, could we perhaps see a small range increase on her Q?

Not to something massive, but just a little bump on the "if it misses" condition; the overall added on-hit distance is fine. Personally, I would like to see her show up in the bottom lane as an interesting Support pick, but that Q range is the only thing keeping her from it.

I understand the concern that it might make her a little more oppressive top or middle, but with the damage reductions I don't think it would be a huge problem.
