item 3193 item 3800 item 3047 item 3065 item 3143 item 3083 This shouldn't be one shotting, I don't care who the fuck you are. Don't give me the "he can be kited" shit, a champion with 10k hp with an item activiated with 400 armor and 300 MR should NOT be allowed to do 1.5-2.0k TRUE damage.

Ever heard of Blade of the Ruined King or Liandrys or any of the armor/magic pen items? Hell if you really hate him then just ban him.
