Rank has always been meaningless. No matter how good you are, your rank is decided by the luck of the draw. Who gets the better team. Who doesnt get the feeder afk troll.

rank is determined eventually by skill. dynamic queue ran ranks into the ground because you do not have to git gud to reach gold, some bronzie can hit it overnight.
