Don't know why she even has this. But it is really annoying and very distracting actually. I know I can just turn off the voice volume but how bout you just take it out of the game mkay? :)

Now imagine Sion ulting, Rek'Sai screeching, and gangplank laughing at the same time globally. Make a few more champs with global sounds and we will eventually have League of wtf noises.

is it only for her ult? I don't know, I just randomly hear her talking when she's on my team and I'm like wtf? where is she. then I check and she's still top lane. Those 3 have the global sounds because it is to signify their ults.

I doubt it has anything to do with favoritism. They are probably just experimenting, maybe there is a lore reason for it, I don't know.

When she backs for real. Almost as stupid as Kalista getting a global voice when she ults at bot. Why do I need to give a shit about a bot lane ult that doesn't affect anyone else but bot

First time I heard it I wasn't sure it was Illaoi so I wondered if my champion had randomly gotten a new quote (it wasn't someone I used much), or if I was in a creepypasta.

all top laners need to have a global sound otherwise we forget they're there,

Sion has in his ult Rek'Sai has some noise when ult Gangplank laughs when ults

fiora needs one for when she hits a vital riven needs one for when she reaches lvl 2 and kill the enemy who doesnt know about power spike nasus need one for every stack he gets .... and so on

teemo needs some satanic chant when placing shrooms and a evil laugh when someone steps in it

Pretty certain it's a bug. Unless they want you to know that tentacles are going to become inactive - in which case, the quote should really happen when she finishes recalling.

Just experienced this. At first I didn't know what was going on, but then I recognized Illaoi's voice and noticed that she had just recalled every time I heard it.

Why does this local event have a global sound effect, while the sound effect for Karthus' global ult is totally broken (either no sound, sound only at the very end, a blip of audio somewhere in the middle, etc.)?
