Riot can you please buff Veigar just a little bit?

Revert the cd on his Q to how it was before (8/7/6/5/4) instead of (7/6.5/6/5.5/5). I don't mind having a longer cd at early levels but longer cd at max rank isn't very cool since you've already turned it into a skillshot & nerfed the AP ratio on his ult because of the double AP farming. I feel like I'm being forced to build / on Veigar to get the old CD back (3.75 with 20% from items + 5% from masteries which was obtainable with just 5% cdr), instead of building stuff like & . It's not like he'll be broken if you revert it to how it was 4 months ago... So please, Riot take my humble request (Crying & stacking tear for ).

Honestly, Veigar needs a full-on rework if you ask me, his kit is kinda crippled since it doesn't really flow well and right now he's suffering from a bit of a identity crisis.

Honestly, I only think that his E should get a rework to actually resemble a black hole instead of a playground for assassins.

His W should get a rework too, it's absolutely impossible to hit, and it can't be possible to hit because it deals way too much fucking damage.

Actually his W isn't impossible to hit, you don't even need the stun to hit them, just trap them inside your E, but it's a bit tricky; Because it's all about the mind games, example: Veigar is on the blue side and Orianna is on the red side; Orianna tries retreat, I use my E a little further to block her way out and almost instantly cast my W a little behind her, so once she sees the E particles, she'll try to turn around to dodge it but again, she has little to nowhere to dodge it. This ability is hard to hit and highly rewarding. I'd rather have it on a 1.25 seconds delay with 100% ratio than 0.25 with 60%-70% ratio like Xerath's W.

Well, she could step to the side... Albeith in a realistic situation you'd be the one retreating because there's no way Veigar is putting the run on the Zoning Goddess.

It doesn't have to be orianna -.- just an example of a champ with no dash/blink. Oh wait, dashes are useless inside Veigar's cage because they'll end up stunning themselves xP.
