have you noticed on these texture rebalanced the original skins look really bad and bland

I actually like the new artwork. It looks crap alone, yes, but when viewed on the map with the other champions, turrets, minions trees and no duck (why no duck?) it fits in so much better. As art, the in game models aren't perfect. For the game, they are awesome.
Also, does this constitute gameplay and balance?
Default Cho looks so... monochrome.
On the other hand some of them, like Gentleman Cho, look even better!
But yeah Riot has been nerfing textures systematically, its supposed to help them look better in the new rift.
