don't use overall win rate for examples.

vayne: 20% popularity and a 48% overall win rate. but then look at the items.

if a vayne finishes bork she has a 54% win rate. if a vayne finishes phantom dancer she has a 60% win rate. if vayne finishes bloodthister she has a 68% win rate.

sejuani highest win rate in the game right now at 56.6% when she has her juggernaut purple smite jungle item they have 59.4%. when she gets liandry's she has 69.5% win rate.

Lee sin is another popular champion. 19% popularity. 45% win rate overall. Hydra: 56% win rate. last whisper: 62.7% win rate.

last one, Shaco, overall win rate 48.5%. Hydra: 58% win rate. warrior blue smite: 55.7% win rate. mobility boots: 67% win rate. infinity edge: 64% win rate.

i just think it is interesting, and if anyone knows a place where i can find a full database showing all items they build that'd be appreciated since lolking only shows 10 items.

Item win rates mean nothing.

Certain items get bought more often when the team is a ahead. Champions have a higher win rate when they're ahead.

Time to buy IE on Lulu every time I win.

This means Vayne and Sejuani are ticking time bombs. If you don't absolutely crush them during the laning phase, they WILL crush you later.

I've never really liked the winrate argument anyway, there are so many factors that go into a win or cause a loss. There are no champs that can just be picked and it's over at that exact moment. Winrate shows how good the players are at using what a champion has to offer, that's all. If players aren't winning that doesn't mean the champ is garbage, as said before, there are a lot of factors.
