Balanced Champions VS unbalanced

is a balanced champion--he does tons of damage, has no real dives or dashes, does no CC. His identity is clear cut.

is balanced. He is tanky with CC and heals. He doesn't do tons of damage. He works best with others.

Champions that are not balanced:

-- He can build 1 or 2 AD items, the rest tanky items, and be unstoppable. He has dashes, hard CC, and ult that makes him even tankier and deal magic damage
