I think is doesn't matter about the enemy teamcomp. If the tanks are full build, I'm assuming everyone on the teams are. At that point, I'm always going to want a malphite. Shutting down that attack speed at that point in the game is FAR more valuable than anything a sion can do.

Sion is only as popular as he is because of his ability to get those items he needs earlier in the game. His laning phase is also stronger. But in an analysis of who is stronger full build, Malphite is far superior.

Depends on the enemies mobility. If they are mobile, or highly AS based, Malph, otherwise Sion.
