riot just need to remove the IP cost of runes, remove the different tiers of runes and allow every one to access full rune pages from lvl 1
better yet just remove all runes/masteries balance the champs/items/game around not having them and it should be easier to balance

Press the attack, electrocute, dark harvest, grasp, conqueror are all just boring, dont change yoir playstyle, dont change the rules of the game etc
Aseraan1 votesCan i point out that the cdr shards are prety trash/noobtrap/useless SINCE if you blindly just poke one item in the chop it will have probably atleast 10% cdr and 20 if ur lucky. But most item you would build would give enough cdr so dont pick cdr shards.
9% attack speed is effin lame................
Just stick to adaptive force and armor till they re RE RE RE RE rework this dumbed down rune system.
TLDR: Jokes aside YES pls let us pick what ever shards we want I want pure armor shardings or pure attack speed shards STOP OPPRESSIN US RIOT.
