Can we get a champ created primarily to counter burst mobility?
I keep reading that annie plays a major role in keeping high mobility in check. How about a new champ that can add to that space?

grounds people but its fixed at a distance but if you're too close she cant W you.

Legit stuns people trying to move in or out.
Stone minefield will detonate with a mobility spell.
But keep in mind that Riot doesn't really make champions that Hard counter. Likely they will just produce more champs with similar features.
