This Vayne bullshit is a symptom of a larger problem
Crit has no place in this game. End of story.
Riot should focus on reworking crit and finding a replacement for it before they focus on reworking another class of champion or anything like that.

Okay lets remove Crit from game, that means IE would be changed, that means Tryndamere would need a change or basically just have Olaf's passive. That means Jhin would lose a portion of his passive to crit 4th shot.
Kinda hard to respond to this without more information about what you think. Why do you think crit has to go? What problems necessitate that? How does Vayne having too much burst mean that a dps steroid needs to be removed? What do you want to replace it? Why do you think that replacement would be better? Those are all important questions that need to be answered if any discussion is going to come of this.
