Are we ever going to get a proper duel-sword wielder?

Are we ever going to get a champion where wielding two swords at the same time feels like it's a part of his kit and gameplay?

I mean we've got AD , but he's a stealthy assassin in need of a rework. He's got 2 daggers, but he's not flashy or swashbluckery and they don't seem like the primary focus of his kit. Then there's but Reav3 just confirmed she's staying an AP champ because most LOL players are too dumb to learn to build AD items. Well, in my ELO that's probably the case, but we are not talking about my ELO right now. Either way she's more of a dagger throwing champ at the end of the day. She's got those two swords, but they are mostly for proccing her Q mark from time to time.

So why can't riot give us a proper champ who wields 2 swords and it feels like they are a part of his kit? I mean riot made Lucian's two guns feel like they are both a part of his kit. Why can't we get a 2 sword user who is actually focused on using his swords?
