Just putting this out there because some of you don't seem to understand, High elo games are solo-carryable, because people know how to play safe & play from behind, meaning it allows you to step up, get really fed, and solo-carry.

However the opportunity to solo-carry in low elo is so much more slimmer. Low Elo isn't High Elo. In low elo, you get first time rivens. You get Top laners who are at 0/3 but are still trying to 1v1 the snowballed fiora, you get people running around the map not knowing what to do, not knowing when to push, or how to pressure the map.** And literally no one in low-elo knows how to play from behind.** Thats why I really feel bad to the players who are actually good, but are stuck in elo. In low elo you cannot carry a game, because of how snowbally this elo is.

true. This one time i was aatrox and i pushed all the way to nexus turrets and bot and mid didnt even get their 2nd turrets yet. One of the nexus turrets was half hp and the other was full. We got an ace and instead of my team mates destroying the two turrets ( super minions were on their way to top), they decided to push mid. I told them to go top and push but this didn't listen. The enemy team spawned back, killed everyone on my team and ended the game. If only my team had listened

While I wouldn't necessarily consider Platinum to be high ELO, you will run into the same issues (albeit to a different degree) there too.

It's rather annoying.

In the contrast of only use two groups of either high or low, I'd consider plat high based on the fact your apart of the top 20%.

Personally I think there's a middle which is where gold and plat are.

its easy to solo carry in low elo because people get tilted and make alot of mistakes.

Its gonna be harder to solo carry in higher elos because you aren't going to kill your laner several times in lane, and the enemy team will know how to deal with you.

A good player is not going to get stuck in low elo. The better players have climbed out, season after season.
