Give kassadin a better early game.

For the love of god and humanity give kassadin a better early game. I mean hes a beast late game but its so much of a burden to use him early game sometimes if you don't even make it to late game. its so painful to play him upto level 10-12 before he gets alright and then 14-18 hes a beast. but cmon. its so much of a hassle to do anything with him early on. farming or killing or anykind of gameplay is extremely frustrating with him. his abilities don't even do more damage than his physical until you get a good amount of AP points. come on. am not saying make him an early game beast just make it a little bit more rewarding and not as frustrating. the last patch 2 days ago have his W -1 seconds cooldown reduction from 9 to 8 i think and a scale of ap from 0.6 to 0.7. that is nothing. and they did say that we were right to complain about his early game but the fixes are so Minute they show up more late game than early game in terms of impact. really cooldown less by a second. and an extra 0.1 in scale. doesn't affect early game at all.

he does no damage. not mobility what so ever. has very little range and extremely squishy. Check check check and check. all of these are just horrible. make his physical attack a little faster and give him some speed to match up with other mid laners. I mean that won't affect his late game much whos gonna be using physical attacks of kassadin late game we just want a better early game. for the love of zeus and buddah and all the gods that ever existed
