Why is fizz allowed o keep his % dmg?
He's an assassin. He shouldn't have a sustained% damage dot.

Fizz is annoying, i'll admit. He was my most HATED champ in the game for a long time. If a fizz was ever in the game (enemy team) regardless if my team won via stomp or close game I was always annoyed. That champion pissed me off so much i didnt even wana play the game.
With that being said... Fizz's kit is annoying still.. yes. But not NEARLY as fucking OP as he was. His fucking Q has been nerfed SUPER hard, and his Ult requires commitment now. Basically, hes still annoying, but not nearly to the same degree. Fizz is probably the most balanced he's ever been (at least since i started playing) http://champion.gg/champion/Fizz right around 50% which is solid.
%missingHP. Over 3 seconds. It's an execute perfectly in keeping with the assassin role.
Imo the fact that he can now build super tanky while still shredding carries makes him worse than before. At least back when he build glass canon if you managed to catch him when he got cocky with his mobility you exploded him.
He can't do this anymore unless he's ahead. The %hp is on W active(not passive) and is a DoT. This build was Op when he could build tanky/attack speed and apply it constantly.
He'll still be a threat to carries. But he wont be shredding them without being ahead of them.
People still complain about this?
As a Fizz hater since the first time I faced him and had zero shock factor when the rest of the game finally realized he was OP all along. I find him honestly very balanced right now.
I never feel like he would just flat out overpower me. He requires his ult to be a major threat while still being weak without it. I actually enjoy outplaying him or his kit. Because it can be done now. Before even if he made a mistake he had so much power it didn't matter unless you were playing in the LCS.
When his W applied the %hp on hit as a direct hit instead of a DoT there was an issue. After that change he is viable in multiple ways and none of them turn him into a snowballing typhoon with 1-2 kills.
Maybe I just don't watch as much as I used to. But I haven't seen a Fizz complain in so long.
