the better bot lane meta is annoying as fuck

whoever has the non-braindead bot lane wins the game and it sucks.

If your adc isn't smart enough to pick cait/draven/lucian you lose

if your support is autofilled you lose.

Others say the better jungle wins.

I say the better team wins

Dude, stop hating on bot lane, we're FINALLY not getting 5 man ganked every game (multiple times) for once.

Just 4 man ganked zing

If you have a bad jungler, you have no chance of winning too

I'm fairly sure the point is that the better player wins the lane.

op is saying that the meta is too adc focused, to the point that whoever wins botlane wins the game.

But it's not tho.

Unless the other lanes really snowball out of controll, it is. Winning toplane or mid hardly matters when their bot is doing well and your's not. And wether any lane does well mostly depends on the junglers if theirs not a hard counterpick or very high skill difference invloved.

That all depends on the matchup you are looking at. There are plenty of midlaners, top laners, and junglers who can shut down a fed bot laner.

I've had a game where I was JarvanIV , fell super behind and was able to kill the fed Jhin by flanking and popping him with my combo.

And whether any lane does well mostly depends on the laners. You know, the people actually in the lane.

This looks like another issue of low elo balance vs high elo. In low Elo, the laneing mechanics can very alot between players, and people usually do npt know how to play save without falling massively behind, so Laners can indeed have high impact and snowball on their own. However, the higher you get, the smaller the (mechanical)skillgap between the players within the same match gets and in high elos, most people know how to play decently save and cs properly underneath their tower, so lanes hardly snowball out of control on thier own, so it's usually the jungler that starts a snowball.

Same when it comes to the power of adc. Adc rely on 3 things to work out: Proper positioning, peel/support from their team, and kiteing mechanics aswell as good reactions with flash/QSS. Those things are even more important for imobile carrie like jhin. All thse things increase greatly with rank, especially positioning and peel/support. While it is possible to get the jump on a jhin as J4 and then have some quality 1 on 1 time with him in low elo, this won't happen(often) in high elo. Even if you get the jump on jhin, he will have a shield from his support and probably an incomeing redemption, while you get hit by cc and some aditional damage so he can kill you or atleast speed away with his 4th hit.

I argue that the frequency of it happening is in the power of the players. It not occurring often is not a fundemental part of the game but rather a weakness of the players to facilitate such plays.

Imho it's the better jungler..then usually the better jungler successfully camp botlane and ADC carries the game.

"Its annoying how the better jungler wins the game" "Its annoying how the better bot lane wins the game"

"Its annoying how the team with better players wins the game"

Sire Hippington2 votes

I wouldn't say 'better' botlane, the requirement is more that the botlane isn't complete shit and gets a lead. And wether or not it gets a lead depends probably more on jungler and midlane roams, and evt TP plays than on their own. The sad thing with botlane is that a bad botlane can easily loose the game, but a good one has a hard time makeing an impact(if their oponents are not braindead feeders).

This also applies to jungle.

So it was better jungler last week, is it better bot lane this one?

That moment when you're a mid/support main.

Wait....you are saying the team with the better players wins the game?

What a shocker!

Wait... You are saying whatever team's botlane gets fed, regardless of how well the rest of their team does, they will win?

What a fucker!

Tobias Brackner1 votes

But that's literally not the case.

There are plenty of champions that can pop Marksmen no matter how fed they get. If your team comp can't win if the botlane isn't fed then that's just a weakness of the team comp.

Whatever jungle can successfully camp a lane usually wins the game. Dragons are whatever, rift is whatever. Whoever the jungle can straight up feed will win the game. Bottom line.
