Is Azir bad/weak/gutted?

His damage seems SOOO much lower than it was before, he really didnt feel like as much of the late-game hypercarry that I remember ( I havent played him in ages but I have fought him and he seems like more of a pushover early than before.) I know that his knock up got removed but I havent kept up on the rest of the changes. Is it just me

He's really strong in the right hands but a lot of people just don't want to invest the time that it takes to learn him. summoner 31

If anything azir is a really strong pick right now. He might of gotten toned down a bit, but he's still capable of doing plenty of damage and helping out in teamfights.
