He doesn't need more mr, that only improves his matchups against mages which was fine before. The Q buff was unnecessary, yasuo's q was in a fine spot. What yasuo desperately needs is something to make it a bit easier to deal with brusiers in the top lane. Maybe like a buff to his base armor to make laning against champs like
and 
actually do-able.
That's the point, riot doesn't want yasuo to be a top laner
You do know that Yasuo does not need to always have over a 50% win rate? TONS of champs are under 50% for months and some years.
Its time for others to shine.

Nevermind, last patch my statement was true, but it seems that in this patch his winrate top is indeed lower than mid.
My point still stands even now though, he has not been doing fine against mages and ap assassins, as you claim.
