Does Anyone Build Trinity Force Over IBG on Ezreal?

I kept hearing the change to trinity force was going to shift most peoples build over to Trinity Force from IBG but I never understood why. IBG lets him proc a AOE slow on his Q which you don't get from Trinity Force. Sure you get more damage from Trinity Force but IBG grants utility while can you kite much better then with Trinity Force. That's the reason I thought what allowed Ezreal to be such a strong ADC in comparison to the rest. Also the armor and his mobility allows him to survive situations that a lot other ADC's wouldn't have which I think a lot of people forget about when facing Ezreal with IBG. So unless you can rely on your team to peel for you why would Ezreal players choose Trinity Force over IBG?
