yep that's why they increased the duration to 3 sec, beside YOU're forced to focus mundo, if you don't he will kill you.
why was it removed? because it was useless, it had no upgrade in late game and was barrely cost efficient. Now it costs 800 gold, gives 15 AD you can just purchase it and upgrade it in late game.

Back in the day when I said build executioners calling against Mundo my team would always reply by saying "just ignite him". That's another reason why this item is never used. Ignite already solves half the problem.

Mundo isn't overpowered, its just he counters ADC stupidity pretty damn hard. Which unfortunately is what this preseason is all about.

- The frequency of AD heavy teams as every player insists on trying the new items letting Mundo stack nothing but health and armor.
