I don't see how we're supposed to beat vlad now, I mean he gets crit with AP and can dodge turret shots with his blood pool, is there anyway to counter him? and no, I don't play Swain (top counter) because he's INSANELY boring since you just press a few keys and get a triple, no problem.

Play smart ... win the lane

. Build MR. He can't stay as a blood pool for long. You can focus him down. Champs with a silence or a stun could be a pain for him.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesAs a Nasus player, I know that I used to recommend Vladimir as a good pick against Nasus due to his ranged harass (letting him chunk you under tower safely), good durability and sustain (letting him trade with you constantly), reasonable sustained damage, and ability to kite Nasus during duels and teamfights (due to his synergy with Rylai's Crystal Scepter).
I know that when I used to play Vladimir against durable enemies, I would generally rush Hextech Revolver (sustain), Rylai's Crystal Scepter (bulk and kiting) and Void Staff (to negate whatever MR they decided to purchase against me) and it would work out pretty well.
Though, I haven't actually played that match-up (from either side) since 6.9.
I should probably try Vladimir again at some point...

I tried that when I faced him today, he just kept getting AP crits like a little bitch.
nami tf1 votesIf he is the slightest bit passive, and you are good with timing your last-hitting so you don't stay near him for more than two seconds, you can get stacks and start fighting him by 150-200 stacks or before his second back.
