Please Riot. (Veigar Changes)

     Please don't release the new Veigar yet Riot. I know it's locked, but if it becomes live, that means about  2 weeks of Veigar being destroyed. It would be nice if you guys saved it for a later patch, since there are a lot of things that the community feels needs to be improved. It was meant to be a compensation buff, but with the new E, mostly everyone can agree its a nerf, a big one. I've seen videos of people playing the new Veigar E, and it seems to destroy Veigar. He's WAY weaker, with probably too much counterplay now. W and E pretty much can't be used to 1v1 anymore. 
     Veigar already had counterplay, though not that much I'd admit. Please save his changes for another patch, so he would come out a well-balanced and fun champion. I don't know if you guys have ever gone back on a lock before(just a lvl 15 here ;p), but please, don't release the PBE Veigar the way he is.
    There's a ton of threads presenting better changes to make Veigar a better champion, such as lowering the E delay, adding a cage debuff, bringing down some more CDs, and so on, both on the PBE boards and Live.
