I know its URF but Jesus Riot, Champs like are literally not targetable when you try to fight them...

Yi is rough....shaco wasnt very impressive....and wukong is pretty good, but its urf bud :) its supposed to be stupid chaotic and rediculous. i mean thresh has a 1 sec cooldown on his hook if it takes the Q, lol! he can literally spiderman through the rift! its fun, dont mess with it.

URF shld just have a 50% CDR imo... the no energy cost with 50% cdr makes it rapid fire enough.
