What is going on with matchmaking?

I've now played about 8 games in a row with someone afking on one or both teams. Am I in some kind of match making hell?

Also it seems like matchmaking is extremely uneven, pretty much every game is a major stomp.

This isn't even ranked, or anything its just annoying because I'd just like to play a normal game for once without some who afks from the start, or half way through or just ints so we feel obligated to surrender because they want to leave or get to their next game.

Yeah, idk what it is about the day of patches but I swear to god every day a patch happens there's a ton of afk's, toxic people, and the games seem really uneven, and that's been true today too. Not sure what's up.

lol riot doesn't ban people for feeding, afking or anything like that, so more people keep doing it whenever they feel like it to get back at others. Expect no solutions. Trust me I've reported so many times, nothing has ever happened.

It started happening to me, too. There was a feeder that appeared more than once on my matched game. The only way for me to avoid such people is to atleast take a 5 minutes break and go back to the game.
