remember when Ryze could root for 1s and unleash his full combo? that's sion right now

the ryze WEQ interation was removed because he would root for 1s and have enough time to unleash his combo and run away. to solve the problem they reduced the duration to .75s which game people time to move out the fucking way. but when sion lands his E I get butt blasted from his Q for half my HP. even when I get merc treads it isn't enough time to get the fuck out of the way. please fix this jesus christ. at least make it to where I buy merc treads I can move out the way
