You're giving him infinite stacks on his new ultimate so surely you've atleast increased the cap on his potential size?

Current plan is size maxes out at 10 stacks, with 6 stacks being somewhat smaller than live 6 stacks so that 10 isn't unacceptably large.

Seeing as how Elixir of Iron doesn't increase Cho'Gath size at 10 stacks, probably not.

Are you looking at any changes for his W? I feel that's his weakest spell now, and I think his ult is already pretty strong as it is now.

he keeps growing up to i think 11 stacks

lvl 16 and the Elixir of Iron you can completely obscure dragon and you're almost Baron's size
