Shielding comps have been horrendously BROKEN in ARAM

And it's been like this for many patches. Basically since redemption was released. My proposal is that shielding on allies be cut in half or at least reduced on this map in the same fashion that healing your allies is lowered.

To explain why shields/ shielding comps are/have been broken: Essentially, support items are tuned to a class that has a lower gold income than other roles (support) Meaning that you get items that have the strength (in their own way) of items that cost way more than them. But when you factor in that a support champion's income is almost the same as a carry's income (5 gold earned per minion that dies near you, as well as about 5/gold per second gold generation, as well as the ease of assists by simply shielding an ally and finally, the support taking CS isn't frowned upon per-say in aram.)

So basically, support champions can tend to consistently be up to 5 items (4 items and boots) while everyone else is at 4 items (3 items and boots)

To add/ mention. item 3107 item 3190 Are just insanely good items due to the fact that you are almost always grouped as 5 in ARAM - gaining the maximum benefit their actives can offer.

Taking this into account, champions that were already very strong/broken in ARAM just became stronger/more broken like Janna Sona (Sona hitting over a 77% winrate at times)

Just to clarify: I'm not saying **self-shielding ** should be cut, only shielding your allies.
