Should Ekko be balanced as a tank?

IMO his kit can never be balanced for an AP assassin due to its unreliability.

AP assassins are usually highly reliable because burst and mobility are the only things they bring to the table. They NEED this reliability because they can't do anything else but burst.

Most AD assassins have incredible sustained damage (splitpush, objectives and cleanup) as well, or can build bruiser .

Non-assassin APs have huge range and utility, with comparable burst.

Ekko can't really function as a squishy assassin because he doesn't have reliability in his burst. This is reflected in his very low win rate mid. The only time he won alot mid is when his numbers were too high.

Instead, IMO he should be balanced as an AP tank like . Lower his mobility and cheesy R damage a bit (increase cooldown on E, increase cooldown and decrease damage on R) but give him his utility back and allow him some innate tankiness with an increase on R heal.
