Updated BoRK is waaaay too frontloaded

Title pretty much sums it up. For an item that has a maximum price threshold of 800 gp, and costs noticeably less than the other "heavy hitters" for bot-lane ( or , depending on who you're talking to), it hits overwhelmingly hard.

Since most ADCs have decidedly low Magic Resist for the majority of the game, that 100 magic damage is almost all dealt with every attack, making it extremely difficult to trade effectively (Read: at all) with someone who rushed (This is especially obvious on champs that deal additional damage revolving around landing basic attacks.. ahem... ).
