Bring Back Grevious Wounds

This may not be a problem in Plat-Challenger, but it's making life extremely difficult for us Bronze/Silvers. With the introduction of Sated Devourer, on-hit healers like Xin Zhao or Master Yi are basically becoming freelo champions because they can dive into a fight then out-sustain every point of damage that comes their way. Morellonomicon is decent enough as an AP solution, but we really need Executioner's Calling or some other on-hit/AD-based Grevious Wounds again.

Plus, ripping it out of Tristana and Miss Fortune was a huge mistake too.

I would rather they just nerf healing across the board on most champions or lighten it up.

Instead of Grievous wounds being added again to champs like Trist, Draven and MF, A nerf to sated would be better. Like decreasing the stacks u get from drag/baron or scuttle or increasing the amount of stacks to get devourer. Or decreasing its on hit dmg. etc.

Honestly, Grievous wounds should just be phased out and the champions that actually merit taking GW reworked (Swain, Warwick, Dr. Mundo, Volibear's passive, Xin Zhao possibly.)

ADCs weren't mentioned because they actually have some fair sustain: They have to be attacking and putting themselves at risk to do it. If they aren't attacking, they aren't healing. The abuse case of stacking lifesteal is pretty ridiculous since they have to pay for that second lifesteal item somewhere: 6th utility slot or one of their damage items. If they are a big threat with that sustain, go kill them.

(and honestly, Tristana and Miss Fortune are among my favorite ADCs, and their Grievous Wounds didn't have much interaction, just making it ridiculously easy to out-duel other carries: no reason not to use the abilities that apply GW on the other carry. OOM? Then why are you trying to fight them?)
