Completely Gutted Miss Fortune
Over the last several patches, Rito has completely reveresed MF's identity as an anti-carry. It used to be that she could triple-on-hit, boost her AS, AoE Slow, chase, and apply Grevious Wounds, giving her a lot of dueling power against other ADCs. Now, with her base damage lower than any other CHAMPION (Not just ADC) in the League, her capacity to fulfill and ADC's primary role of single target damage is completely gone. With other ADCs like Graves or Jinx able to tear her apart in 1v1 or 5v5, she can't contribute anything meaningful to a mid to late game fight.
Furthermore, even her early game power (Where she used to be strongest) has taken a huge hit, as she can't focus down an enemy ADC while their support is out of position.
She doesn't fit in a poke comp, because she can't deal relevant damage to out of position foes, she can't work in a siege comp for the same reason. Her damage is too low for a dive/engage comp, and her damage vs towers (With her crippled base AD) isn't high enough to split push.

as my only AS items i get about 2.20 atack speed when i use my W. I can keep that if i auto champs/minions so its a BIG team fight tool. The passive works well with that, lets say that your facing a

lane. If you auto ezreal then atuo sona then back to ezreal you will get the passive proc on ez 2 times or more if you keep doing that. Her E was never that good but it got a 200 range buff with it. Her Q's damage with her passive is INSANE!!!! If you kill a minion with it and it hit a champ + passive its HUGE damage, i was chunking for over 1/2 half.
