Heimerdinger is scummy.
There is zero skill involved in going Ult -> Q -> Zhonyas. Why are we rewarding players who's technical ability is limited to three keystrokes?

The amount of examples I could show here make me almost giggle thinking about it.
There are far worse examples of "Scummy", far worse examples of ult and zhonyas, without even having to Q, like...Kennen for example, and FAR worse examples of 3 key strokes and you are in a heap of trouble or dead.

Actually play Heimerdinger and then come back and say there's no skill to baiting people into dying to your turret. Heimer doesn't kill people with Ult Q and the Hourglass active, the people kill themselves by playing into it.
Stay out of Q range. Wait for zhonyas to end. Realize heimerdinger has the 2nd lowest base HP ingame, is squishy has long cooldowns, has no escape and 2 delayed skillshots. Kill him. Profit.
It's not so much that he's easy to counter or not, but he could be 1/6 in lane, and as soon as he finishes Hourglass, it doesn't matter how far ahead of him, if you're running a squishy, dive-happy champion, there is no counterplay to it.
Majority of Mages get what they need to do done in a few key strokes, or at least enough to make an impact. What makes Heimerdinger special?
