More Rengar nerfs, and Lucian Buffs?

why does riot keep tweaking the same shit that makes Lucian a problem in the first place

Lucian buff really isn't making that much of a difference. it's close to 20 damage from Lightslinger before level 6. Even after IE or BF that makes his passive do less than 30 damage more than it is doing right now... A buff would be CDR or at least a damage buff to his auto or something.

But that Q buff is promising if you max it faster ;)

The fervor changes were kind of a buff to him weren't they? Lucian uses abilities a lot, with AD ratios on said abilities. Fervor now gives AD, making said spells stronger. Old passive favored more attack speed based marksmen. MF and Lucian should be stronger with the fervor changes, or at least not as weak as everyone else.

Now if only they'd buff talon...
