As stated in the title, Perfect Casting Zhonyas will completely block the damage of his empowered basic attack and put the ability on cooldown, but will knock the target up for whatever that's worth.

Tons of abilities do that interaction with zhonyas. You get CC'd while golden meanwhile giving 0 fucks and dabbing emotes.
