Seeing how weak life steal dependent champions like him are atm thanks to easy access of executioner's blade. this dmg steroid is gonna tear asses and balance team will be mad, i'm assuming. I'm glad for it though, bout time.
Dabrick011 votesI am not sure what you are talking about. They are changing how his stuff works so that they can balance him better in the future. He is not getting buffed per say, but he is becoming balanceable. Once he is balanceable, he will be balanced.
