Leblanc can do everything zoe can and more and safer.
Both blink in and blow up a target.
Zoe is blocked by minions, Leblanc is not. Zoe jump requires her to jump back. Leblanc can jump and can choose to jump back, also she can do it twice.
Zoe probably does a little more AOE dmg but that isnt really why you pick her.
LeBlanc is overpowered so it's a bad comparison.
There is no actual counterpick to LB. Look at any pro game recently with LB and see if any team was able to counterpick her. The answer is no, they just have to deal with their mid lane losing.
Agreed. Zoe right now is a burst mage that can't clear waves or burst. Its reflected in her numbers and garbage win rate. She can't really do anything any better than other mid laners.
