Items are the problem. Probably Armor pen items
When, Wu, Hec, Noc all buidl pure armor pen and jsut aim to one shot people I think you have found your problem.

Or when you build armor and get melted because every AD champion has access to 
and true damage through

Meanwhile if you're playing an AP champion you're just removed from the game if the enemy bought

Yep a champion that called juggernaut able to shut them down from early to late game 
etc.
Wukong, hec, noc are light fighters aka divers they meant to go ham on the squishy and their counters is the tankers and juggernaut it always like that
yeah sure, there aren't enough tanks running around already
